BUG 9370 "NewCaseImpersonate function not working when start..." SOLVED

- PMFNewCaseImpersonate function not working when start task of process to
  instance is assigned to group and not to user
- Solved problem with PMFNewCaseImpersonate function, in class
  wsBase (newCaseImpersonate) now working with groups
