a48c1cad60 BUG 12850 "En la informacion sobre PHP en admin->Settings..." SOLVED 
- En ADMIN>Settings>PHPInformation, la licencia esta visible
- Problema resuelto, se ha quitado la informacion de la licencia de PHP,
  para que no se tenga confusion con el idioma
