a66aa7c2e8 BUG 0006598 Internet Explorer 7 & 8 caches cases 
fixed this issue changing the Expires header in sysGeneric
the date was a future date, I changed to one day before date.

8a03d86b36 BUG 6735 Move env.ini handling to paths.php (avoid warnings) 
Since the upgrade command was not using env.ini, some warnings were
raised because of missing timezone information. Moving this code to
paths.php makes sure env.ini will be used even for upgrades.

627db2765a BUG 5027 Allow external configuration through env.ini 
Load configuration options from a file in workflow/engine/config.ini
which allow a sysadmin to configure ProcessMaker options without
writing to source code files.
