La clase LicenseManager ejecuta muchos queries para verificar la licencia
Cause:
Se hacen varios queries a la tabla CONFIGURATION con una misma condicion;
y tambien ocurre lo mismo con la tabla LANGUAGE
Solution:
Se setea un solo query para ambas tablas
