Issue:
El dropdown no muestra las opciones correctas

Calculo erroneo al obtener el "time zone offset" del browser
Solution:
Se corrigio el calculo al obtener el "time zone offset" del browser

- Problema resuelto, el texto "required field" del pie de creacion de campos de un dynaform,
se visualiza en los en Firefox, IE y Chrome.

- Los labels con tags html se ven en inbox, participated, draft pero no se visualizan en el summary como se
define en el proceso.
- Problema resuelto, se ha codificado los tags html para su correcta visualizacion en el Summary.

- In ADMIN>Settings>CasesList when is load PMTable dropdown always goes
to the inbox tab

- Before you install/upgrade the Enterprise plugin, you should delete these files:
path_to_processmaker/workflow/engine/templates/cases/casesListSetup.html
path_to_processmaker/workflow/engine/templates/cases/casesListSetup.js
- The Enterprise plugin will work correctly if you have a version of
ProcessMaker 2.0.46 or higher
