BUG 9145 "Text instruction in Trigger Wizard for PMFSendMessage()..." SOLVED

- Text instruction in Trigger Wizard for PMFSendMessage() function is wrong, asks for semicolon instead of coma to separate emails
- Replaced the word "semicolon" with the word "comma"
