PM-2412 "Admin>Settings>Users: En Internet Explorer No se visualiza..." SOLVED

Issue:
    Admin>Settings>Users: En Internet Explorer No se visualiza el boton de "SAVE" para crear un nuevo usuario porque
    el scrool no  baja hasta el final.
Cause:
    - No se replica el bug para IE
    - Se a encontrado un error JavaScript critico para IE
Solution:
    - Se a solucionado el error JavaScript para IE
